Oxygen and Sampling Probe for Molten Steel

Compound probe is widely used in steelmaking industry, with the increasing degree of converter automation, the use of compound probe technology has become an important means of steelmaking process.

1. Compound probe send smelting molten steel temperature, carbon content and oxygen content and other types of data to the computer in the process of steelmaking to improved smelting accuracy, improve product quality and so on.

2. Molten steel sampling tool TSO compound probe can measure the liquid steel temperature and oxygen content in liquid steel,  take out the liquid steel sample, temperature measuring instrument and oxygen measuring sensor. Have the advantages of improving smelting accuracy and high quality.

3. TSO used for blowing end point, inserting depth of the molten steel 400 - 700 mm, measuring time is 6 to 7 s.
