Multi-function TOS Sublance Probe for Steel Mill

Product Introduction

The Multi-function TOS probe sublance probe has the following three functions: temperature measurement, sampling and oxygen. The carbon content can be calculated from the molten steel temperature and oxygen content at the end of the purge.

The measurement range is a carbon content of 0.04-1.0% and an oxygen content of 25-1500 PPM. It can improved smelting accuracy and product quality.

TSO probe use condition

Lift the Oxygen Lance after 30-50 seconds to use.
Sublance insertion depth is 700 mm.
Measuring time is 9.5 seconds.

Usage

Probe into the probe box.
Install the probe on the sublance, measuring in good condition.

When measuring to control the probe in the molten steel residence time as required.

After completion of measurement will be sublance return.It is necessary to remove the probe from the secondary gun in time to avoid damage probe protection tube burning sublance connectors.
