Process Description of Single Disposable Thermocouple

1. Thermocouple is measuring the thermoelectric power to achieve temperature measurement. The main part of thermocouple is thermocouple head, which is composed of two different kinds of metal materials. The thermocouple head is constituted by the compensation wire, U type quartz tube, plastic stent, high temperature mud head, protective cap and paper tube body. Although it is a consumption type product, its performance will directly affect the quality of the product to be measured. Therefore the production of thermocouple, component quality, welding, installation, technical inspection, inventory storage requirements are very strict.

2. When using the thermocouple, it is only needed by connecting the melt gun with thermocouple, and insert the gun into the high temperature molten metal artificially or mechanically. The thermoelectric will be transferred to the intelligent display device, and we can get the melt temperature.

3. Consumption type thermocouple (temperature probe), is for the steel-making process (including electric furnace, converter, refining furnace, LF furnace, oxygen station, ladle, ladle, tundish) in the measurement of liquid metal temperature.
