Product Description
Molten steel hydrogen probe using molten steel directly to the hydrogen system-HYDRIS.
High quality hydrogen probe can measure the hydrogen content of the molten steel on-line. The hydrogen probe has the advantages of being quick and accurate. It is widely used in the steel mill and it is possible to control the hydrogen content directly during the steelmaking process.
HYDRIS Operating principle HYDRIS can direct measure hydrogen content of the ladle, tundish and ingot mould in molten steel, nitrogen as carrier gas through the probe into the molten steel and absorption of the hydrogen in the liquid steel, until the hydrogen content in the carrier gas and hydrogen content in liquid steel to balance. HYDRIS System work method Nitrogen as carrier gas through the gas pipeline, lance and probe on the air pipe into the molten steel driven by the pump in the loop, formed bubbles. Nitrogen bubbles absorb the hydrogen in the molten steel and return to the gas cabinet through the vent plug of the internal bell jar of the probe. The carrier circulates through the loop several times and finally the hydrogen content in the molten steel and the hydrogen partial pressure in the carrier gas to banlance.
