B. Usage method

1. insert the sampler into the special lance;

C. Matters needing attention

1. The sampler must be protected from moisture during storage;

2. Molten steel temperature must be above 1500 degrees;

3. Avoid strong vibration to prevent quartz tube broken;

4. Use the sampler in the oven for 60 hours to bake for 10 hours;

5. The depth of the molten steel sampler into the molten steel and the residence time should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the implementation.

1. Users should specify the length of the sampling lance.

2. KQY is a deoxidizing agent, suitable for the high oxygen content of the molten steel sampling; KQN is no deoxidizer, suitable for low oxygen content of molten steel sampling.
