High oxygen type is used in measuring the carbon and oxygen content  of  Converter, electric furnace and refining furnace,low oxygen type is used in measuring the  oxygen content of the ladle, LF furnace, RH, DH, tundish etc, aluminum type is used in measueing the oxygen and molten acid aluminum of the ladle, LF furnace, RH, DH, tundish, can realize the purpose of rapid tapping steel.

Production Description

Low Oxygen Probe can be used for LF, RH, etc. refining station, measuring station steel oxygen activity and process oxygen activity measurement, be sure to include the amount of oxygen scavenger, shorten smelting time, help develop new varieties, improve the process to improve steel purity.

The key part of Oxygen Probe is oxygen half-cell, which is researched and developed by our company independently. The outer dia. of the paper tube is 38mm, and the tube thickness is 10mm. The total length is 1300mm or 800mm.
